Spring Crafts

Here are three more blankets I crocheted this spring. The first one I started during Spring Break when my mom and sister were here to help me set up the nursery. The middle one, labeled April 2012, was crocheted for a friend at church who was due today, June 17th. But she had her baby girl early. I’m glad I got it done early. The bottom one was made after those two. Can you tell I got the bug? The bottom one was for a baby girl named Mayzee. Isn’t that a cute name? She has a western themed nursery. All of these used the granny square pattern.

I also started using knitting looms this year to make hats and scarves. This hat might be too small for my baby. But it fit his little bear just fine!

Baby Blankets

So, I’m pregnant! I’m due in a week, in fact. And the doctor finally put me on bed rest, so I have time to do a little blogging. I haven’t been too crafty this year, but I did get on a crochet kick. Here are some of the results. I had so much fun making the little blankets for my own little one, that I started making them for other expectant moms as well.
